KKQS (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2015 by Lucius Kriel and the office is situated in Kenridge (Durbanville), Western Cape, South Africa. The company is currently managed by the sole owner, a registered professional quantity surveyor, Lucius Kriel with 24 years’ experience in the building industry and more than 15 years’ professional quantity surveying experience as per requirements of the relevant Act.

The current KKQS office also has three staff members: Our two hardworking Junior Quantity Surveyors, Ringolette Ngapurue and Tatenda Charles Takayedza, assists Lucius with every phase of each project till successful completion and closeout. We also have a BCom Informatica graduate, Hedri Henn Jonas with 17 years’ experience in the accounting sector, currently in the office to assist with office admin and general support instructions.

KKQS has a great working relationship with other quantity surveyors in the Western Cape and should the need arise, or the scope of work determine the specific client need, KKQS can arrange for additional resources.

KKQS service the entire Africa (South Africa & Cameroon being the more recent projects). We are not bound to any specific area, and we will deliver the best professional service as required by our clients at a cost-effective premium without jeopardizing our professional service and resource allocation. We tailor-made our professional service to suit our diversified and exciting client base. We will always maintain the highest regard and respect of other professionals and will always look after the interest of our clients.

We pride ourselves on making sure all our projects are conducted as per SACQSP (Council) standards and AON has also arranged to keep our Professional Indemnity cover up to date.

Our motto is to effectively communicate and relay any information properly and this will enable us to execute our work effectively and in a timely and professional manner.

We are analytically minded with high regard for personal integrity, detail and continuously improving ourselves with the latest developments in relevant aspects of the construction and mining industry.
